Lights, camera, action

Had lunch plans today. One of the four people I met, I hadn't seen for 4 years as, since her retirement, she has been too busy to make any of our previous meetings. It turned out that lunch was easier for everyone as another has a school aged child and I am always happy to take time out work for food.

I had asparagus to start, salad for main and a ginger cheesecake for dessert. Lovely.

Spent some time 'crafting' with my mother afterwards and then thought a quick cycle ride to the park would compensate for the pudding I had eaten.

I had taken some macro pictures in the garden this morning, whilst blipping the dogs for my other journal but these young ladies came whizzing past me at the park and I couldn't help be impressed.
