Haltwhistle

Is the centre of Britain.

We took O out of the way as the marquee was being put up today and decided to visit Haltwhistle but there wasn’t a lot there.  Then we stopped off at Chester’s Roman Fort and managed to grab a photo of dad, aka Adrian, next to a part of Hadrian’s wall.  Lucy also met us there and O had great fun running around.  On the way home we stopped off at Tesco and Next to get O a little coat and some wellies as his mummy (& daddy) forgot to bring some and it’s a bit chilly.

Once back at the house it was all a bit full on getting things ready for the big day and also 2 bridesmaids and best man arrived meaning Mr C was cooking for 14 tonight.
