Sunset

Well, heading towards sunset anyway. Too lazy to stay up late enough given my 6am date with Heather on the spin bikes tomorrow. It's a pretty big day at work tomorrow too. And beside that I was up early this morning for our loch swim (10 people!!! 5 of us did a wee swim without the wetsuits) and I was late home after yesterday's evening trip to Troon.

It's been a pretty good week so far. Happy, happy, happy!
