Sloe Shieldbug

It was lovely to have sunshine and heat again, especially as I went for a walk and a coffee with my Jill. We went to the new cafe at the Strive Academy near the airport, walking alongside the runway. I was a lovely walk as I hadn't done all of it before, so it was new territory for me. There wasn't much to photograph though unless you like chain-linked fences, so I got snapping in the garden later. I found this sloe shieldbug scurrying around by the lupins, I love the pink shield!
