Just a quick blip tonight and a swift half of Deuchars at the Two Brewers. But drank it sitting in the sun.

Lots of planning this evening ready for work then the trip up to Sunderland for work on Friday.

So not long out on the bike, then quick sandwich and lots of coffee.

Early night planned too.
