Park life

Trained it to Manchester and visited Mayfield park - big hit with all the kids. A bit of a trek to Manchester museum, some prime/ ice cream purchases and train back home. I clocked about 12km on my Apple Watch - Luke walked the whole day but went to bed with very achy legs!! Calpol and hot water bottle out!
