Booked and confirmed gas safety check / boiler service 08:00 - 13:00
Turned up at 16:00, not a word of apology.  Didn't seem to be aware he was late.
Call scheduled from Nurse Specialist, in the afternoon.  Didn't happen, not too annoyed because she a) is lovely and b) is possibly off sick with covid.
But, still caused us to miss getting to the pharmacy to collect new prescription, meds run out tonight.  Early morning dash tomorrow.
