The usual Zumba, cuppa and walk along the prom this morning…it was still very grey but really muggy. After lunch I watered some plants and did a bit of weeding then had a visitor for a little while. An early tea then took the bus over to Berwick for the walking group…it was a glorious evening and we walked about 5 miles, I’ve done 20k plus steps today and boy do I know it!

Whose idea was it to take a photo of a mouth organ for today’s challenge…not the easiest thing to do! Here it’s multi exposed with some sheet music.
