Allotment Flowers

Morning at the allotment - it was warm and slightly humid after the rain and murk of yesterday. These are some of the sunflowers I have grown this year. They are varieties for drying or cutting to put in vases. I’m pleased with them as they were a bit of an experiment and we’ve had some unusual weather patterns this summer.

My morning allotment stash included French beans, plums, greengages, courgettes and tomatoes, plus a cucumber from the garden! Some of which found itself in the Greek salad we had for dinner this evening.

I attended a short online session about forest bathing training this evening. It was informative and enjoyable, especially as there were people from all over Europe as well as North America and India on the call.
