Summer?

Today certainly seemed like summer and the beach was so busy all day and into the evening.
Tennis was good this morning til I fell backwards onto my wrist ....arghhh. Turns out it could have been much worse  and although very uncomfortable and annoying, is not broken. We went to the wonderful Lewes urgent treatment centre.....where they confirmed is a badly damaged tendon.
I managed to make a pre-arranged lunch with ex- colleagues and a wander along the beach. R and I just enjoyed a pizza and wine on the beach this evening. 
I am learning to do everything one- handed.....luckily (being a left- hander) the damage is the right wrist.
