Another grey and damp summer day. Foodbank this morning was a bit hectic. In previous years August has always been our quietest month but not so this year. When we first open we always have a queue waiting and today it took an hour to get through the queue. After that it was a bit quieter. Our donations of food and money are going down now so we can no longer buy ‘extras’ but we still have sufficient funds to buy our normal food items if these things aren’t given to us in the supermarket trolleys etc.
This afternoon, after a trip to the tip to get rid of all of our cardboard we had a walk at Chesil Cove - my only photo of the day.
