Repair!

I knit several pairs of these fingerless gloves 2 Christmases ago, and this one is part of the pair I gave to my sister-in-law. Unfortunately her dog got it recently and it was quite badly damaged. She wondered if I could repair it - and I really wondered too if it was repairable. Well, I've managed to fix it, but with different wool as I hadn't any of the original left. I'm hoping it's ok - but there's a new pair on the needles too!
