A good day in the office
A well skilled bunch.
Sure we made some errors, but the skill is actually in learning from them. Learning by rote is almost useless, learning by application and understanding why is far more powerful. We spent a good long while on why, and nearly as long on how.
For most people I don't think they need to be told the answer, what they really need to be taught is how to ask the question and how to find there own answers.
All of the volunteers are already at the required standard, maybe in flashes, maybe it waxes and wanes, but they have the tools. Now they just need to practice them.
