Beautiful day

Just a beautiful day to go out painting.  I met up with a friend for coffee then another painting friend turned up so we went painting plein air together.  It was warm, still and beautiful.. what a difference from our soggy, cold summer so far! 
I bought a long awaited for ice cream and was half way through it when I looked at the ingredients.. who would think there would be wheat in coffee ice cream.. apparently there is crushed wafer in it.  So, being wheat intolerent I couldn't really believe my eyes but decided to leave half a tub.. what a shame!!.  Now I am keeping my fingers crossed that I don't throw a violent reaction to having eaten it...
