All set

This was the sight waiting for the competitors at today's event which was held in the forested sand dunes of Rose Isle, probably the best area of the week which I missed out on as I was under the firm hands of the sports physio working on me so that I could take part in the rest of the week. 

The extra is a blip I managed to catch of my daughter on the run in.
