It’s Fringe Time

Whilst in town meeting up with my friend Sandra for lunch, I took the opportunity to walk down the Royal Mile to get some of the fringe atmosphere. 

Despite what you see, it wasn’t raining, just props for these two thespians, who were advertising their cozy improvised murder mystery drama ‘Murder She Didn’t Write’. They were very nice and it sounds a lot of fun.

The city was very busy … well, they say the city’s population doubles during the fringe weeks from 488,000 to over 900,000. No wonder hotel rooms are so expensive at this time.
