I had a drs appointment today.
I also have osteoporosis, quite bad in spine, less severe in hips and thighs. Not the best news, but my Mum had it badly, and broke a few bones. Hopefully it will be treated, but the doctor wants to do blood tests first to make sure nothing else is going on. I feel a bit like I am falling apart now I am 60.
I had lunch with Lin and Steve.
