Butterfly on Buddleia

At last, butterflies have appeared in the garden. I think this is a Large Tortoiseshell, feeding on a Buddleia. While looking for the butterflies, I noticed the tiny insect in the extra, on a cosmos flower. Does anyone know what it is? Sorry, this is not on the Tiny Tuesday theme, but at least they are tiny.
