Ruby Tailed Wasp

Well!  I was on my knees taking photos of a jumping spider when I looked up and saw a blue thing flying about... I couldn't really see it properly and every time I went near it, it flew away.  So I sat still on the deck and it came back and I could see what it was - or I hoped it was!  It would not stay in one place though and was constantly moving about so I couldn't get too close and this was the best I could get!  I am just so happy I have finally seen one - they are just stunning!
