Rising above it.

A nice sunny day. I could have done lots of things but I don't seem to be in the mood.  Shopped in M&S buying all the wrong food. Ice cream, oven chips, cake etc. etc.  Not well behaved although I did buy fruit and plenty of veg.  Spent the day comfort reading and comfort eating.  The house is clean and tidy but the garden is neglected.  I do hope I get out of this frame of mind soon.
