On the beach

A very early morning stroll on the beach at Llanfairfechan on the north coast of Wales. I love the forms and patterns left behind by the retreating tide in the sand on the beach, and the way that pictures like this give no indication of scale and could almost be an aerial view of a vast expanse of desert - if only I'd thought to bring some miniature toy camels with me this write up could be very different, and a lot less accurate.

Anyway, it might lack toy camels but this is my 500th consecutive blip - I'm pleasantly surprised to find I'm still going and thinking about this as the half way mark to a thousand!
