Big bird!

On a huge nest! Well that’s what it looks like to me.

A lovely afternoon with my daughter T and her children for a long walk at Braunton Burrows. Luce enjoyed endless ball chasing and is now exhausted and fast asleep.

The A361 up to Barnstaple really is a terrible road with all the roadworks - the signs say completion by December ’23 but I can’t see that happening - in about 3 miles I managed to spot at least 4 workmen! The other 3 sections had no one visible at all!
