Hampsfell

A walk up onto Hampsfell this morning.  It was very quiet and I only saw a couple of people and dogs.  From the hospice I dropped down into Grange via Yewbarrow and then home along the Prom.  Good leg stretch.

This afternoon, a trip to Kendal for a podiatry appointment.  All good, and very interesting.
