Himalayan Balsam

Is growing in great quantities near the river. This patch must be in the order of 6 feet tall, fuelled by the recent wet spells. A dry sunny day for the most part but more rain on the way. Good for getting outdoor jobs done including grass cutting and completing the removal of a large length of Wisteria which fell victim to Storm Antoni on Saturday. It was easier to cut it off at source rather than trying to re-position it being long and unwieldy.
