A bit of history

We’ve had a lovely day exploring Veliko Tarnavo. We have been inside a few churches, had dinner in the restaurant everybody told us to try. We’ve also spent time wandering around the cobbled streets and going into the many souvenir shops around the city. It’s finally felt like I’m on holiday today.

I have the sunburn to confirm it as well. My pale English skin can’t cope with the sun. We had to keep going into shops just to get out of it.

The plan for the evenings to do nothing! We’re all shattered!
