Serenity

We came down to the beach about 19:45 last evening. We came with our neighbor and her partner, the one battling cancer.  See Extra. Sandie mentioned that they'd never been to Wrightsville Beach (our favorite) - so we righted that situation and took them. This disease is taking a toll on both of them, and of course I can see why it would.  Hope they get some good news in a couple of weeks after the last planned chemotherapy session and PET Scan. Hope it will buy them some time to continue to come to grips with this situation.   Sheer joy for everyone and the light was so lovely and the waves so interesting. We stayed til dark and when we got back home, I completely forgot about Blip so a back Blip I guess to yesterday.
