Apricot jam

Today DS#2 and DrJ headed off back home to work and I copped the early moring, 6:15am, run to the train station in Ales. A trip back via Lidl ended my morning.
However the rest of the assembled throng took in Les Vans market and brought back, amongst other things, 5kg of Apricots  purchased for three euros. I was promptly put on jam maknig duty. Sugar supplies were not sufficient to complete the process - here is some of the completed jam and the rest awaiting further sugar. Apricot jam always a favourite.
