Mum catching some rays

Got up really early today and went for a run. First one in weeks. Slightly off my old pace but not too bad. Managed just over 5k so very pleased with that.

Went to see Mum & Dad later before work. Sat in the garden for a good few hours in the sun. Was lovely, though Mum does look a ducky in Dads cap!!

Long day today as worked till 8pm then had to fetch dogs from Mum & Dads. Was certainly ready for bed when I fell in to it!!
