Lunch

Jemma and I went to Faversham for a mooch and lunch.

We started at Standard Quay for a brew in the Secret Garden and a stroll through the boatyard to Quint's. Then into town for a mooch and a beer in The Sun - we were going to eat there but they were fully booked so Jemma used the magic of the Internet, as you youngsters do, to book us a table at another pub. For those who don't know - Shepherd Neame brewery is in the middle of Faversham so the town is well provided with pubs and they all appear to be Shep's.

We headed over there, and it was a delight, Tex Mex food, and it's next to the creek. There was something happening on the water and there were lots of folk dressed up in nautical attire (mainly pirates). The food was great and so was the beer.

A proper nice Sunday
