Helmingham

I am still feeling crap - maybe prolonged monster-munch withdrawal ; caffeine withdrawal or too much anxiety or lack or good sleep or too much wine or a combination of all of the above!

Took a day off from house clearing duties and nipped up to the annual Festival of Sports Cars at Helmingham Hall, though my favourite bit is always the gardens.

Diverted to the Suffolk food hall on the way back and spent too much on cheese and treats.
