Silly Saturday

The bushtits come in mass to my suet, but a few remain when they leave in mass. These two stayed on the Licorice Scented Salvia; they liked looking at themselves in the window and pecking at the blooms. They are the cutest funniest tiny birds. We love watching them through the family room window. One of them fell asleep upside down, hanging by one foot or both feet; I couldn't get a good photo but I included the best I got in extra.

Ellie and her Mommy seem to be doing okay; Mike, our son, has given her a lot of his time driving them around...none of us trust her enough to let her use a car by herself. She totally abused the use of our extra car several years ago. My husband says, never again!!
