A stormy day

Before the storm Antoni swept through we went for a long walk this morning. We got off quite lightly. Further south it was very stormy. We were sad to read the news today of the death of Sir Michael Boyd former director of the RSC. T had met him as a teenager and I met him with T on a couple of occasions subsequently. He was a remarkably talented theatre director. Many say that he really made The RSC into the influential theatrical space it is today
