Layover

We got to London at 5:00 am and couldn’t check o to the hotel until the afternoon - so we had breakfast, asked them to hold our luggage, and headed into town. First up, site of Wimbledon. Pretty cool to see in person after a lifetime of watching on TV. Then we were off on a Rock Star Tour, featuring Pink Floyd, Jimmy Hendrix (others I don’t remember, let’s blame no sleep), and of course the Beatles. Dinner near Soho then to our tiny airport hotels I am wiped!
Tomorrow we fly to Charlotte together, then split for the last flight home.
