Saturday again, so Parkrun again...

This week I decided to go back to the Loch Leven course after learning this would be the run's 5th birthday. I enjoyed it apart from the hill...

More to the point, my heel gave me no pain on the way around and whilst it has been reacting a little since then, I suspect that will fade away. 

I did not manage coffee and croissants outside after the run - it felt chilly so I breakfasted at my car. The rain started half way through my coffee, so I made a good decision. 

My Blip is the specially decorated finish area. Other birthday highlights included bagpipes at the start, a runner in a kilt and several in fancy dress. Loch Leven's Larder contributed a birthday cake.
