The Denali Party

The Denali Party used to be the cool party at the Design Automation Conference. Just to be clear, "cool" was always a pretty relative assessment when it comes to an event with 3000 or so engineers in attendance. Denali was acquired by Cadence (one of the industry giants) a few years back, and the party isn't quite the same any more.

The venue this year wasn't even air conditioned, which in this heat isn't great. The band weren't that good either - ironically they murdered The Killers and did a very lukewarm rendition of Coldplay...

Still, the first two days have been pretty busy and we've made lots of really good connections!
