Brambles & Gongs

Has autumn come early? @Number147 mentioned a patch of M&S quality blackberries in her hedgerow and I have found the same on my walk route.

Got up at 0330 this morning to train in Japan time. So finished work by 11am and went back to bed and then for a walk between the heavy rain showers. I don’t know how shift workers manage sleep with so much daytime noise!

This evening went to a gong soundbath. Very odd experience. Everyone said how relaxing it was but I found the experience quite sinister, the sounds were like a horror movie to me. The gong master was perturbed.
