Bee

This is a bee bum! Isn't it neat how the bees crawl under those small petals to collect nectar. There are three of these petals on each iris and the bee will try each one. Sometimes another bee is in there, so this bee backs out and tries another. There are hundreds of bees around our Iris at the moment. These are wild bees, but I don't know their scientific name.
