The House

…………………….which Gran built…complete with helicopter pad…accidentally destroyed by a hurricane blowing through!

A lovely boat trip last night…under all the bridges then out to sea where it was a little bumpy but all the other trips of the day had been cancelled due to it being too rough so we were quite lucky. No dolphins about but we did see seals and various sea birds. A big surprise when we headed back to the church hall for our usual cuppa and cake to find the ladies had banded together and put on a full birthday spread for me and one of the other girls who has a birthday tomorrow…with a cake for each of us (see extra).

Another full on day with the wee one…why is it toddlers can run twice as fast and far in the wrong direction as they can in the one they’re meant to be headed! He’s suddenly got the potty training malarkey and has been in big boy pants all day with no accidents even when we went to the park.  Uncle G stopped by for tea on his way home and MC has just brought the car back. No naps today so hoping the wee one has an earlier night…I’m in need of one!
