I went for a wander later on this afternoon and briefly saw an otter swimming upstream, the seagulls were not happy about it and were creating a lot of fuss and noise. 
Dumfries and Galloway is hosting some of the cycling events this coming week as part of the UCI Cycling World Championships, in particular the paracycling events, so there will be road closures and parking restrictions.  I will try and photograph something, although sports photography is not something I would normally do.
