Hospitality

This little hamlet of 500 residents could not have been more hospitable;  they took the 300 of us from the ship and brought us to their little blue church.  There, we heard stories of elves;  did you know Iceland has 13 Santa Clauses?

After the short elf presentation,  we walked (second photo) to a little movie theatre for refreshments.  Playing at the theater was Barbie!!

The colorful sidewalk stretching through their main street indicates their acceptance of the Gay community.  We found these multicolored streets in several communities in Iceland.
