There were photo opportunities but of course I didn’t take them so here you have one wall of my garden shelter partially decorated to remind me to ask the decorator something!
We had rsin overnight but it had virtually stopped by 8sm so he decide to paint quite a few of the window frames. Of course that meant it was a bit tricky re keeping the cats out of various rooms but we managed. JS arrived and we headed off to Low Woods for upholstery fabric . She bought a very striking mottled pink and blue for herchair and yu think something to tone with the green tweed I bought in Scotland for my chair. I will have to order it though so it was expensive but found found it online later with 40% off. We stopped for coffee and flapjack on the way home and then she came in for a chat and we decided to walk along toTrent Bridge on Saturday evening to watch the fireworks. Just managed to cut the grass after she’d gone before the heavens opened……again
