Old Beaupre Castle, near Cowbridge , South Wales

Glorious day and called in on Beaupre. Has a walk across three fields containing some lively young bullocks ( but just inquisitive ) and a lovely stream running alongside. Hawthorn now in blossom with that very sweet , sickly aroma hanging in the air. ( Must lay off the Mills and Boon ).
Beaupre has some 200 year old graffiti carved into the stonework which shows real craftsmanship not like the felt tip scrawlers of today.
