Figs and strawberry jello

Makes strawberry fig jam. My friends Cliff and Ginger (high school friends from WAY back) got in touch that they (Cliff) were picking the figs off their tree and I could have some if I came to get them. Bees love figs. Cliff got stung by bumblebees, honeybees and a wasp. Lucky he is not allergic! His hand was swollen a bit!

My mom used to make this strawberry fig jam so I found a recipe to give it a try. I don’t like figs but I do love this jam.

Will be looking at the Tiny Tuesday entries tomorrow to award hearts. Had a quick glance and as usual it will be tough choosing the five.
