Moorland secure paddock

Day off so took Dina for a walk in the local woods.
Booked an hour in the secure paddock for the dogs so Keely could enjoy some time off lead. She enjoyed playing on the agility equipment with me this time, probably because Dina was too busy crittering, (not sure what smells she had found but she was enjoying them)
This evening met up with some friends in Bodmin for a 6-7 mile run. 8 miles later my little legs told me that was my longest run for a while before my running watch did.
