Rain - again

Oh another wet day. Even lit the fire in the sitting room to warm the house up.
Had some rather shocking news from a good friend in London. He texted to say he’d just got home from a week in hospital, having had a heart attack. I mean, what the flippin heck …
We usually ‘see’ each other everyday on the Strava app, logging our runs and walks. I’d noticed he hadn’t been on there for a while and was getting to the point of checking in with a phone call. Didn’t want him to think I was stalking him though. Wasn’t expecting that though.
Thank goodness for great care from the NHS.
