Apples and Oranges

By Anitsirk

Back to work and I moved around like an old tortuous... I did talk with one of the supervisors and told her about my backlash in my exhaustion illness and she understood and will try and find me light work. I suggested that I could weed in the perennial boxes, where I could sit down, and tend to the tomato plants, where I also can sit down if I need to. She thought that great ideas and I started outside. I did need to use the chair from time to time, when my energy dropped.
Before, I did a walk around the park to take a look at what'd happened during my week away. On my way back I encountered a coworker who wanted to instruct me what to do. I told her I was going to talk to the supervisor, and she wanted me to tell the super what she (coworker) wanted me to do. I told her again that I was going to talk to the supervisor what to do and made a hand gesture telling her to stop. I think she got crossed with me, because she glared at me when she came inside later. She doesn't know how I'm feeling and shouldn't tell me what to do. I don't like that kind of behaviour from someone that doesn't have that as a work chore. Perhaps I'm being prickly for no reason, but...well... I didn't like it.

I chased this bumble bee around before I could get a decent shot of it. They were busy, flying around, when I was collecting withered flowers.

And after work I hurried to the Police station to get the renewal of my ID card fixed. Thankfully I don't need to bring my current ID card (which expired on the 14th) when I collect the new one, just a receipt I got. And, yes... the gnat 'band style crown' (as blip friend Valentina suggested) is visible. That's just how it is. :D And it rained and rained and rained... but, I did manage to catch the bus the stops closest to the supermarket where I needed to do some shopping before walking home. Feet hurts like crazy, but massage makes it a little more bearable.
