I will not open my eyes

Today has been sunshine and showers. At the moment the sun is out and it could be a good evening weather wise.

I know can reveal why it has been such a wet July and I need to accept full responsibility. The wet weather has coincided with me buying a hose pipe and having an outside tap fitted.

The ABBA show at the O2 has been recommended by a number of people so I made enquiries with our local coach company. All sold out until the end of February so I am now on a wait list. However I have booked a trip for a Richard 111 event later in the year. Lots more interesting day trips in the coach companies programme including a trip to the Blackpool Illuminations……watch this space later in the year to see if we have succumbed.

Bowls yesterday defied the weather forecast and we played under blue skies and lovely fluffy clouds.

I am now looking after the speakers programmes at Stratford Photo Group and for a monthly Luncheon Club in Alcester.

If you have any good recommendations it would be much appreciated.

My Blip for today needs no lengthy comment except to say that this one was better than the ones with his eyes open.
