Behind the barricade

Rafi feels safe when the bed sides are up. He calls them barricades! He's been in his 'nightmare' state on and off quite frequently today. He did do some work with the OT and at school. He did his first writing which wasn't too clear, but was clearly swear words!
Had a meeting today with the clinical psychologist and the educational psychologist, I had to explain Rafi's 'story' which was very difficult. She did ask me if I wanted to do it another time, but to be honest I would never find it and easy story to tell and thought it better to get it over and done with even if I did need quite a few tissues.
Rafi's memory is quite poor, so I thought it might help to leave post it's when I leave him so he knows when I'll be back to lessen his anxiety.
Kiera and Luke are here for a few days which is a big relief and it's lovely to see them. I was able to visit Asda now the car is here and get some wine!
