The Hamavoe Drifts into Stromness

Yesterday evening Dougal had rallied and made an unexpected visit; which was a boost.  His carer brought a chocolate birthday cake for CMC.

This morning I delivered CMC to her Kirkwall piano lesson and I went and got messages.  Had a good update with Frances who I hadn’t seen for some time.  The main topics were dancing and Gunnera.  Scurrilous it wasn’t.  We then shot through to Stromness to meet Tweedy and her support team and to retreat to her holiday cottage for coffee.

In the afternoon I dipped myself in a bath of pure hedonism by trying to resolve both the Corporation Tax return and the annual company filing report to Companies House.  Deep Joy.
