Waste

Walked the dogs up by the hospital woodland.  Much money was spent on creating an outside gym, a manshed and a community garden.  The garden lies empty and dilapidated and the manshed rotting to bits! What a shame! Such a good idea but as soon as it runs out of funding,  there's no one or nothing to carry it on!
